Cartoon Week! Summer ArtVentures 2022

Experiment! Explore! Discover!\ July 25th - 29th\ 9am-3pm\ Best for Ages 6 - 11 years\ $500 for the week all materials included.\ $300 for a sibling\ Make Art, Make Friends & Make Creative Memories!!\ This workshop is for the creative, cartoon loving youngster in your family! Design and create characters, worlds and stories during this 5 day Art Camp!\ \ Students will:\ \ Create Characters and worlds.\ Create silkscreen t-shirts.\ Design a comic strip.\ Explore animation\ Discuss cartoons and animations that have had an impact.\ Draw, paint, print & more!\ All materials are included along with a sketchbook and ArtVentures t-shirt for each child. Each day begins with some time to get to know one another and an introduction to daily projects. Children will work individually and collaboratively to create unique works of art. We will spend a TON of time outdoors, taking advantage of Gallery North’s sprawling campus. Lunch time will be spent picnicking around the gallery pond and snacks (given twice daily) will be on our terrace. A group Show & Share Exhibition will be held the last day to celebrate everyone’s creative accomplishments! All family and friends are welcome join us for the end of week exhibition.
