Fairy Tales & Fables Week! ArtVentures Summer 2022

\ Experiment! Discover! Create!\ July 11th - 15th\ 9am-3pm\ Best for Ages 6 - 11 years\ $500 for the week all materials included.\ $300 for a sibling\ Join us for ArtVentures Summer Program 2021 where students will work virtually with some of Long Island\'s best artists and educators!\ \ Once upon a time, long, long ago…. Students created Storybook inspired art projects, explored fairy tales and fables, designed exciting pop up books and more! This week is perfect for the storybook loving child in your life. Students will create their very own stories, sketch familiar characters from classic tales, and walk, skip or hop away with their very own fantastic collection of art pieces, worthy of their wildest dreams.\ \ Student will create:\ \ Unique T-Shirt designs\ Fantastic Pop-up books\ Magical drawings inspired by in person character pop-ins\ Drawings, Paintings & More!\ All materials are included along with a sketchbook and ArtVentures t-shirt for each child. Each day begins with some time to get to know one another and an introduction to daily projects. Children will work individually and collaboratively to create unique works of art. We will spend a TON of time outdoors, taking advantage of Gallery North’s sprawling campus. Lunch time will be spent picnicking around the gallery pond and snacks (given twice daily) will be on our terrace. A group Show & Share Exhibition will be held the last day to celebrate everyone’s creative accomplishments! All family and friends are welcome join us for the end of week exhibition.\ \ Students must bring a bag lunch, water bottle & a towel or blanket to sit on outdoors. Snack is provided
