Experiment! Discover! Create!\ July 18th - 22nd\ 9am-3pm\ Best for Ages 6 - 11 years\ $500 for the week all materials included.\ $300 for a sibling\ Join us for ArtVentures Summer Program 2022 where students will work with some of Long Island\'s best artists and educators!\ \ This week is perfect for the child who wants to move mountains... or at least paint them! Students will explore the beauty of the great outdoors and create awe-inspiring artworks based off this planets natural resources. Your kids will draw, paint, sculpt, and print their way through the week both at our pond and in the studio!\ \ Students will:\ \ Build a sculptural outdoor scene.\ Print their own silkscreen t-shirts.\ Draw live animals.\ Create outdoor art.\ Draw, paint & more!\ All materials are included along with a sketchbook and ArtVentures t-shirt for each child. Each day begins with some time to get to know one another and an introduction to daily projects. Children will work individually and collaboratively to create unique works of art. We will spend a TON of time outdoors, taking advantage of Gallery North’s sprawling campus. Lunch time will be spent picnicking around the gallery pond and snacks (given twice daily) will be on our terrace. A group Show & Share Exhibition will be held the last day to celebrate everyone’s creative accomplishments! All family and friends are welcome join us for the end of week exhibition.\ \ Students must bring a bag lunch, water bottle & a towel or blanket to sit on outdoors. Snack is provided
